Development and Production Executive
With over 25 years experience in project and people management, Bláithín brings a rare mix of creative insight and strategic leadership to her role. She recently completed the Creative Heartlands Producers Course and received the Creative Heartlands Adaptation Bursary to conceive and creatively produce her short film Beneath the Quiet. She was also awarded the 2025 NTA Producers Mentorship and served as Shadow Producer on the feature You’ll Never Believe Who’s Dead, before joining Tri Moon Films. A published writer and professional member of the Irish Writers Centre, Bláithín was editor and producer of the Leitrim Guardian for over a decade. She has held senior voluntary board roles and brings a deep understanding of good governance, collaboration, and cultural leadership. Her background as a professional researcher, facilitator, and trained design thinker informs her approach to story, audience, and innovation in production. She is also an artist and current recipient of Leitrim County Council’s Big Sparks residency at Leitrim Hill Creamery for her project From Goats to Gold: The Art of Ageing Boldly.
Development Consultant
Matt Telfer began his career in theatre then assessed novels for adaptation for companies such as Celador, Euston Films, Miramax, and Film Four. He later joined the editorial team at Channel 4, working across a range of scripted projects. Matt has devised, developed and storylined shows for leading production companies including Granada, Lime, Digital Fiction Factory, and Buccaneer, with credits on projects for CBBC, BBC One, E4, and ITV, collaborating with a wide range of acclaimed writers including Naomi Alderman, Malorie Blackman, Frank Cottrell-Boyce, Jonathan Harvey, Debby Moggach, Sally Wainwright, Jeanette Winterson and Florian Zeller. Matt now specialises in script development and ghostwriting. He also teaches and mentors editors/ writers as part of John Yorke Story, encouraging the next generation of screenwriters and storytellers.
Chief Creative Officer
Sam Atwell produced Northern Lights with Lionsgate, Deadpan and Potemkino for TG4 and ZDF. He was the Drama Development Executive for RTÉ where he was across their development slate and shows in production like Smother, North Sea Connection and Hidden Assets. Sam was the script producer and director for RTÉ’s, Fair City, and the inhouse Story Editor for the animation company JAM media. In Australia he worked in the theatre and screen, predominately for Channel Seven’s, Home and Away, as an actor, scriptwriter, script-editor, storyliner and director.
Head of Casting
Sophie Pearson began her casting career at Hubbard Casting, working on films including Journey’s End (dir. Saul Dibb), The More You Ignore Me (dir. Keith English), Time of Our Lives (dir. Roger Goldby), and Star Fish (dir. Bill Clark). Then as a Casting Director with Des Hamilton Casting, she contributed to projects such as Hilma (dir. Lasse Hallström), Netflix’s Top Boy, The King (dir. David Michôd), and Jojo Rabbit (dir. Taika Waititi). In 2023, Sophie set up Sophie Pearson Casting and has cast feature films including Vows (starring Sarah Parish and Eddie Marsan) and The Man With The Urn (starring Ciarán Hinds, Olga Kurylenko, and Stephen Fry). She also works alongside Dan Hubbard Casting on projects such as The Gentlemen (dir. Guy Ritchie) and The Rage (dir. Paul Greengrass).
Founder & CEO
Anna Mannion set up Tri Moon films in 2019. Anna and Sam recently co-produced the feature film, ‘You’ll Never Believe Who’s Dead’ with Wildcard Distribution and Fine Point Films. In 2022, she won the Netflix Women’s Producer Pitching Award
at the Venice Film Festival for Tri Moon’s series “The Girl and the Ghost”. Prior to this, Anna worked Script Development, Production Management, and Production Accountancy. Anna has worked on numerous award-winning TV shows for some of the most prestigious
production companies, including Tiger Aspect and Hat Trick Productions.
